Over the course of five months, we will:

  • master the art of making & breaking habits;

  • deep-dive into your goals, symptoms, challenges & priorities;

  • address the key pillars of health impacting your energy, stress & wider wellbeing goals - creating a solid foundation of health;

  • level-up further by addressing additional lifestyle factors which hugely affect our wellbeing, but are less often spoken about

  • schedule time for bespoke sessions, focusing my support & resources on areas where it can be most valuable

  • break these pillars/factors down into actionable chunks; and

  • work on weaving these actions into your existing routine – so the changes you make are convenient & sustainable.
