They will bring together their expertise from across the health industry to provide you with a combination of evidence-based information and practical takeaways - so you can kick of the year feeling empowered when it comes to your health & nutrition.

By the end of the webinar, you will have an improved understanding of what '5-a-day' really means, why it matters, and how to achieve it in a sustainable, convenient manner.
Your ticket will include a 60-minute webinar including a live Q&A & a written summary of the session (emailed to you within 48 hours - so you can implement the key points discussed in your own time).

I will be at the event on Saturday 14th September, hosting a talk at 10:45am: Eating for Stress Management. I will share insights into how we can eat to:

reduce physical stress,

recover from periods of prolonged stress, and
-
build resilience to stress, ensuring that we are well-equipped to deal with future stressors.
I'll also share practical examples & recipe suggestions, so you can walk away feeling inspired, knowledgeable & empowered to nourish your body in a way which contributes to healthy stress management.
