Zhi Wei is a Chartered Physiotherapy and Pilates instructor who founded Physiolosophy. Physiolosophy focuses on improving your movement through emphasising and exploring your mind and body connection. Be ready to explore and understand the way your body moves and how you can move better.

I am a certified Health Coach, helping corporate professionals to improve their health, energy & stress management via simple (yet powerful) dietary & lifestyle tools. Whilst many of us associate ‘skincare’ with the creams & oils we apply to our face, it’s so much more than that! Our dietary habits & other lifestyle factors have a HUGE role to play when it comes to reducing spots, boosting collagen production and achieving that GLOW. I will be diving into all of this (and more!) during my workshop, providing you with an abundance of practical & delicious ways which you can begin to nourish your skin from the inside-out.

I will be at the event on Saturday 14th September, hosting a talk at 10:45am: Eating for Stress Management. I will share insights into how we can eat to:

reduce physical stress,

recover from periods of prolonged stress, and
-
build resilience to stress, ensuring that we are well-equipped to deal with future stressors.
I'll also share practical examples & recipe suggestions, so you can walk away feeling inspired, knowledgeable & empowered to nourish your body in a way which contributes to healthy stress management.
I will also have a stall at the event on Saturday 14th, so please feel free to come and say hello - I would love to meet you!
