1:1 Health Coaching Services

Looking for some support and direction to help you boost your natural energy and wellbeing, but not quite ready to commit to working together long term? This programme is for you.

How does it work?

Once you’ve signed up to the programme, I will ask you to fill out a few forms so that I can gain an understanding of your health, lifestyle, symptoms and key goal.

We will then find a convenient time for your Initial Consultation. In this meeting, we will discuss your health, lifestyle, symptoms and key goal in some further detail. This ensures that I have all the information I need to support you, and you are in best position possible to achieve your goals. I will help you to understand the impact of certain lifestyle practices on your health, as well as possible alternatives which may better serve you. With my support, you will decide which habits/goals you’d like to commit to for the following weeks, and we will work together to ensure that they are as achievable and impactful as possible.

Following the Initial Consultation, I will send you a personalised Health Coaching Plan, including details of your habits/goals, recipe suggestions and/or other tools and resources to support you.

Approximately two weeks later, we will have a Follow-up Coaching Session. This provides an excellent opportunity for you to reflect on your progress, discuss challenges which you may be experiencing and raise any questions. Based on our discussion, we will fine-tune your newly found habits and/or establish a few more (as appropriate), to bring you even closer to your goal and give you the confidence to continue once the programme has finished.

Following the Follow-up Coaching Session, I will send you an updated version of your personalised Health Coaching Plan, including details of your habits/goals, recipe suggestions and/or other tools and resources to support you.

What's included?

  • Detailed review of your health, lifestyle, symptoms and key goal

  • 1 x 60-minute Initial Consultation

  • 1 x 50-minute Follow-up Coaching Session

  • Remote check-in between the Initial Consultation and Follow-up Coaching Session

  • Personalised Health Coaching Plan, including recipe suggestions and/or other tools and resources to support you (updated after each session)

  • Habit Tracker

  • GP correspondence (if necessary)
